Our Company
The Laptop Repair Shop was formed in order to bring the absolute best customer
service in the portable business to Upstate New York. The Laptop Repair Shop has over 20 years in the computer service industry. Our
technicians treat customers with courtesy and respect.
Our
primary goal is to exceed customer expectations by offering the highest
quality and fastest service, coupled with world-class post-sales
support.
General Services
The Laptop Repair Shop is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We provide
carry in and on-site in warranty Apple repairs.You name it we can fix
it: software issues, ac power connectors, memory upgrades, CD drives,
failed hard drives, and LCDs (our specialty) are not a problem for us.
We also repair Apple Desktop computers, iPods, Laser Printers, Inkjet
printers and many other portable items.
Specialty Services
We
offer specialty services including: data backup to DVD, data migration
from one laptop to another, and data recovery from severely damaged
units where the laptop may not be repairable but the hard drive is still
functioning. Protecting our customers’ data is of paramount
importance. We’ve repaired laptops with broken screens, cracked cases,
loose hinges, and fluid spills. Even dropped laptops have been saved.
