All orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday if purchased by 3:00 pm EST.  Shipping is via US Mail, UPS, or FedEx only.
Shipping charges are non-negotiable.  Customers may provide their UPS or FedEx account numbers in order to avoid shipping charges from The Laptop Repair Shop.  They reflect the actual cost to ship the item with the proper insurance with no handling or packaging fees added.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. The Laptop Repair Shop does not ship internationally for any reason.
